CANCELLATION and TRANSFER POLICIES

There are no refunds given for cancellations.

Registrations may be transferred to anther person provided that person has yet to register. Transfers will be accepted until December 31, 2015. To transfer a registration, please use the link to 'Modify Registration,' enter the Registration ID Number, and update new attendee information into the existing registration. All required fields must be updated with new attendee information. Original payment arrangement must remain intact.

Cancellation of travel reservations and hotel reservations are the exclusive responsibility of the registrant.

HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY

A block of rooms have been reserved for February 15, 2016 - February 25, 2016. The special room rate will be available until January 20th or until the group block is sold-out, whichever comes first. For details on the hotel’s policy or to book a room click here.

DISCLAIMER and RELEASE

By attending LDN 2016 AIIC Conference (the “Conference”) you agree to release, waive, and discharge the LDN Research Trust (LDNRT), its directors, officers, trustees, employees, volunteers and agents from all liability to you and your property for any loss, theft, damage, claim or demand(s) therefore on account of any injury, whatever the cause. You also agree to indemnify and save and hold harmless LDNRT from any loss, liability, damage or cost that may be incurred arising out of your attendance at the conference, whatever the cause. You acknowledge and assume full responsibility for and risk of property damage and/or personal injury, from whatever cause, during your attendance at the Conference. You also agree to abide by any rules or guidelines provided to you either prior to or at the conference, whether provided in writing or explained to you in person. Please be advised that taking pictures, video or audio at any time in this facility is strictly prohibited. By attending the Conference, you consent to LDNRT and its agents photographing and recording the Event in video and/or audio.

By attending the Event, you irrevocably agree and consent that LDNRT has the right to use, publish, display and/or exhibit your image and/or voice, as well as your name, picture, photograph, portrait, silhouette, and/or other reproductions of your likeness at the Conference (collectively, your “Image”) and in connection with any advertising or promotional content, program, or material for the Conference and its endeavors and for lawful purpose, including by posting on public websites. LDNRT is not, however, obligated to make any use of your Image, name or likeness, or exercise any of the rights granted to it. You also understand that your Image may appear in photos of the Conference made available to you, other attendees of the Conference, and the public, and they may retain and distribute those photos.
