Cory Tichauer, ND - LDN 2023

Dr. Tichauer grew up in Omaha, Nebraska. Passionate from a young age about being a physician, he completed premedical studies at Cornell University, and, after critically examining his motivations to become a healer in the medical field, chose to enroll at the National College of Naturopathic Medicine where, after 5 years, he graduated with a doctorate in Medicine.

Taking an evidence-based approach to medicine, he uses state-of-the-art testing from both conventional and specialty laboratories to assist in diagnosis and monitor treatment progression. Dr. Tichauer’s treatments incorporate the use of pharmaceutical and botanical medications, prescription peptide therapy, IV therapeutics, Naturopathic therapies, targeted neutraceuticals, rational detoxification, photo-biomodulation, neural therapy, hyperbaric oxygen, prolotherapy, therapeutic ozone, spinal manipulation, and individualized epigenetic analyses.

In the last 19 years of practice, Dr. Tichauer has primarily focused on the realms of chronic infectious illness, environmental toxicity, neurodegenerative conditions and immune dysfunction with an emphasis on better understanding Vector-Borne Illnesses. He has been a active member of the International Lyme and Associated Diseases Society (ILADS) since 2009. He served a 4 year position on the Oregon Association of Naturopathic Physicians (OANP) executive board. He is also a member of the International Society for Environmentally Acquired Illness (ISEAI) and the International Hyperbaric Association (IHA).

Dr. Tichauer is the father of two beautiful children. He enjoys scuba diving, live music, skiing, biking, backpacking, going to the gym and playing guitar amongst his many hobbies. He is the owner and lead physician of Bear Creek Naturopathic Clinic in Medford, Oregon.
