Sarah J. Zielsdorf MD, MS, ABIM, IFMCP

Dr Zielsdorf is a certified practitioner in Functional Medicine and is board-certified in Internal Medicine. She is the Owner and Medical Director of Motivated Medicine, an innovative consultative medical practice located in West Chicago, Illinois. She is a skilled diagnostician, microbiologist, and passionate educator. Dr Z specializes in chronic illnesses, particularly autoimmune diseases, and is deeply committed to women's health, with a focus on hormone management—including thyroid, sex hormones, adrenal health, and more.

Additionally, Dr Z serves as a medical and research advisor and the education director for the LDN Research Trust. She teaches internationally and created the 2020-2024 LDN Guides. Dr Z is also an author featured in Volumes 2 and 3 of the LDN Book and New Horizons.
